THEE best Spa experience I’ve ever had. We took a girl’s trip to the desert for my best friend’s birthday. The itinerary was packed and The Spa at Séc-he was just another thing on the list. Wife and I booked massages here on a recent trip to Palm Springs. My wife had a negative experience with her massage therapist. Firstly, the massage therapist did not have the courtesy to ask her if she had any preferences for her massage. Since she was not asked, my wife brought up her preferences to the therapist and the therapist replied defensively, saying that they perform the massage in a specific sequence. After two enjoyable previous visits I was very disappointed with my most recent visit. There are difinate signs of cost cutting. It seems they are not hiring really skilled technicians. Also, BE CAREFUL when you book treatments! The add-ons are not ADDED to your treatment, they are partially SUBSTITUTED for your treatment. A 60 minute massage for $275 with an add on scalp massage for $25 is still a 60 minute massage. My friend who didn't get an add on, said she got a brief scalp massage too. This place is a real gem. Plan to spend a good amount of time so you can indulge in the plethora of different pools, minerals spring, salt cave, sensory rooms, and more. One of the most pleasant spa experiences I've ever had.
