Worst experience ever ! Wow , booked in advance for a spa literally the only thing I was looking forward to this trip and got canceled on first thing in the morning 1 hour before my session. This place gives the opposite of relaxation. Fuririattring when you book a place/ services coming from out of town and get bailed on. You guys display the complete opposite of providing services. Do not recommend so unprofessional !!!!!!
The facilities here are very unique with the beautiful view of the bay/marsh from the co-ed Jacuzzi as well as relaxation room. Visited the spa 2x during my stay and loved it! Special compliments to my massage therapist Jenna Lee, who gave the most amazing prenatal massage! She was so attentive and made sure throughout that I got everything I wanted out of the massage and was comfortable.
Gorgeous spa. Would recommend to anyone looking to unwind in a tranquil and relaxing setting. I had a great massage with Essie and spent time in the various pools and spa services. I can’t wait for my next visit!
