Great Place The Norwich Inn & Spa is a very nice place to get away. My grandmother and I went and we got a massage package, with a one hour massage, lunch, exersice class, and we were able to use the steam room, hot tubs and pools. It was great! We got there in the morning and spent all day there. Very nice experiance!
Nice Spa The Spa at Norwich Inn is a wonderful experience. I went there for a weekend with my two sisters. Excellent food. The spa treatments were very nice. They treat you like a princess. It is a nice treat once in a while...because it is expensive! It is close to the casino, we went there for dinner one night.
Norwich Inn and Spa This a very classy establishment. They have valet parking and alot of self parking spaces close to the entrance. The massages and the food are excellent. You can tell that the staff enjoy their jobs and are happy to serve you. The prices are reasonable and affordable by anyone.
Not Very Impressive Our company had an on-site meeting at this facility. I thought the rooms were dirty (mold in the corner of the bathroom), the food was acceptable, and the front desk service was rude. Well, there really isn't a front desk, just a bunch of desks in the lobby, while I was waiting in the lobby for some co-workers, a guest arrived and was greeted rather rudely as he didn't know which desk he should be going to.
