I went for a pedicure and shoulder, neck and back massage. Boy what can I say Taylor did such an amazing job with the pedicure and legs massage with scrub just soo awesome was in heaven. Than Randi I literally fell asleep she took out all the knots in my back and shoulders and legs as well that I felt like a rubber band after a long day at the convention center!!! I barely walked in to the spa with my back in severe pain and was lucky enough to have Alexis be my masseuse. With thoughtful and knowledgeable questions, Alexis was able to figure out what was going on and then proceeded to give me an amazing, therapeutic massage that left me feeling like I could skip out of there. I highly recommend the spa and Alexis for anything from a relaxing massage to a "my back is broken and I can't walk" massage. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at the spa at Loews Arlington! From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and made me feel instantly relaxed and cared for. I’m 8 months pregnant and have been dreading going to bed at night because my body has been so uncomfortable. I’ve never had a massage before and wasn’t sure what to expect but Alexis was constantly making sure I was comfortable and did an incredible job. She is a true professional and you can tell she takes pride in what she does, I had the best night of sleep I’ve had in months. I cannot recommend Alexis enough!
