My home away from home. Staff is friendly and resort is top notch.
This weekend was my second stay here. I absolutely love this place! The property is huge & so gorgeous!! I spent so much time outside enjoying the beautiful views, even with the gloomy weather. The staff is extremely friendly & you can really tell that they love working there. Big shout out to miss Alessandra, the lovely young lady who assisted me at the front desk. She is amazing! Thank you, La Costa, for helping me share a wonderful experience with my mom!! You'll see us again! ❤️
Overcrowded, horrible service, black mold in the shower..... All combined with a management team that says they care..... Yet 6 days after check out, and 10 days since we brought some issues to their attention, they have yet to ask me about all of these issues.
Mostly terrible service with a few bright spots and staff members. Still here at the 'resort' and waiting for a reply from management who we reached out to 3 times to try and solve some current issues. But nothing. No reply. No answers. Just a big zero. Huge lack of caring or responsibility for anything. Many problems that were solve-able especially once we alerted the staff. Yet still nothing. Amazing atmosphere, the food was golden, top quality. I didn't know a carrot could taste so good.
I love this place, it was even better than last July. The most beautiful grounds I've ever stayed at. Tennis courts are well cared for.
We had such a wonderful stay here. When you show up to a resort with two little kids in tow you just never know how welcome you will be but we felt so comfortable and happy and well taken care of...we will be back before our next anniversary. Juan, Ivy and Marclyn were so friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely time!!
This was my first visit to the resort, it was great, the staff was very professional and polite. This place had everything that a family needed with or without children. I would definitely recommend you vist and experience for yourself. I will go back again.
