I love the spa! Toni is the best! I come at least once a month and get a manicure. I get pedicures once in awhile. I would get them more often but the chairs and bowls are so uncomfortable, especially for long legs.

I’ve been going to Toni for years, even before she started at The Spa at Hotel Florence. I absolutely love her! She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and more! I will not go to anyone else!!
I met Toni last year on Facebook when I was looking for someone to massage my hands due to pain from carpal tunnel. I booked an appt with her immediately. She was very attentive and sweet and did a great job! Her pedicures are marvelous as well. Her hands are magic! I'm overdue for an appt but if I have to recommend anyone for a great massage and pedicure, it would be Toni. Hands down. No questions asked!
Toni is always professional and adheres to every policy. She makes the customers feel so welcomed. She is highly recommended and very patient with not only manicures and pedicures, but also with any other spa treatments she provides.
