My experience at The Spa at Hotel Contessa was exceptional from beginning to end. I enjoyed multiple services during my stay, and every experience felt thoughtful, elevated & genuine. The service rituals were beautiful, the products were incredible, and the entire spa atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. My boyfriend and I had such an amazing experience here. The customer service was top tier. I will say that Velia and Amanda did a wonderful job during our couples massage. Great technique and they used aromatherapy, hot stones, had a heated bed, and relaxing music in the background. We’re here on vacation but I will definitely be back!
Hada wonderful deep tissue massage and body scrub with Rebecca. She did a fantastic job and is also a delightful and friendly person. I would definitely come back and recommend to others.
Rebecca and Jessi were exemplary! After getting married at the hotel a year ago, we returned for a staycation, including couples massage. One of the best massage experiences either of us has ever experienced! Super relaxing, with champagne and water served upon completion of your massage. Loved it.
I had a facial and Odoliz was spectacular. So relaxing and rejuvenating.
