Recently my mom went here to have her nails and a pedicure. After two hours with no one else in there and with the person stopping to fix the other worker’s hair and for them to talk about another employee, she left with a ridiculous bill. I was quite surprised since I and my sister both get these services at other places and have never paid what my mom did. I feel this salon is overcharging and taking advantage of the elderly. My mom will never go back and I would not recommend them. Shame on them.
My dad and I had a wonderful time at The Spa at Holbrook Acworth! We both got pedicures from Courtney and just loved the experience. You do not need to be a resident of the facility to attend the spa. It is located inside of the Holbrook building, which is the building on the right with the overhang when you enter the parking lot. There are signs upon entering the building to direct you to the spa, but the staff is happy to help you find them if you give them a call.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Spa at Holbrook Acworth! From start to finish, everything was peaceful, professional, and rejuvenating. I booked a massage with Tabbatha, and I can’t say enough about how incredible she is. Her touch is intuitive and healing; she listened to what I needed and made sure I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. This spa is a hidden gem, and the team goes above and beyond to make you feel cared for. I can’t wait for my next visit!
I received an invitation to visit and potentially join this spa, and I was truly looking forward to the experience. Unfortunately, I was disappointed that I couldn’t locate the spa during my visit. I drove to the area where the signage for both the spa and the café was clearly visible, but despite circling the parking lot, I was unable to find the entrance. We celebrated Mother’s Day (4 of us). The service was wonderful, the place fantastic, and the best of all, was the awesome customer service, A+ The ladies were very amazing. We are definitely going back . Thank you very much.
