I got a massage last Thursday. 2/3 toilets were clogged and I did not get the full 50 minutes of the massage. A day later I was feeling pain in the places she massaged. They then told me I can get 50% back but then took it back. Horrible experience!!!!

yesterday my fiance and I came to the Hyatt spa for massages and had the best time. I was surprised how few reviews this place had so I needed to share! I had a massage by Dave and it was one of the best I’ve ever had, and I’m picky!! My fiance has a horrible back injury with two large metal rods, and had a massage from Stephanie. She was incredible and was so passionate about helping him. He left feeling more relief than he’s had in awhile, which is hard to get! Great experience. Took my parents out for a weekend trip to the spa and paid for their couples massage. They had such a great time. Although expensive, the price matches what you would pay at other properties nearby.
