My visit to the spa at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe was an absolute dream. My friends and I all enjoyed an incredible massage and facial, followed by a private hot tub and sauna experience that was completely serene. A thoughtful personal touch as added for me - a sweet birthday cake and champagne, which made the entire visit feel so warm and special. A special shoutout to Rachel and the staff whose kindness and care made the experience even more wonderful.

I had another bad experience with the spa. I had made a reservation and wanted to change the time. I sent two emails to the spa requesting the change, but no one ever replied. Finally I called them and cancelled the reservation and also told them that this kind of lack of customer service is most definitely not up to Four Seasons five-stars standards.
