The spa refuses to spend the time and money to fix their wet areas which have been unusable for years. More importantly, the staff is unhelpful and non-communicative which required over $10,000 in credit card chargebacks for services not received. Shae Jackson - the spa director - is not useful or helpful in resolving issues.
Im starting to feel like im getting nothing for something here. I've been coming to this spa for about eight years or so, because of the luxury experience. The hotel is beautiful and the actual spa staff are attentive. However, ever since around Covid the indoor amenities have been closed or down for "enhancements" every time I've gone.
