I have been here a couple of times and it is amazing. It is very expensive but that is to be expected from a luxury hotel like Encore. The massages are 90 minutes and each time I have been has been amazing. The front desk staff as well as the staff in the locker rooms are helpful and nice. They do offer different types of teas and drinks. I wish they would let you use whirlpool, sauna, etc. for more than 1 hour. They do have a nice shower area to freshen up before you go back to the casino!
Another great pedicure with Van. He loves to pamper, very detailed and is never rushed.
I can not say enough good things about the pedicures here! Yes perhaps a bit pricier than other places but worth every penny. Van & the team are all incredible. They are meticulous with their work. Best I’ve ever had and looking forward to coming back!
Joanna is amazing! She worked out my lower back issues and explained what was causing it, plus gave me tips to prevent it from coming back. I left feeling relaxed and hopefully can use this new knowledge to keep it that way. Highly recommend!
