I love the encore spa. The service is top notch. Hands down some of the best treatments I have had in Vegas. Suki was absolutely fantastic with my massage. The treatment area is very gorgeous. They have some of the best toiletries and showers too. The communal spa area could be upgraded a bit. Looks outdated. Wish there was an outdoor pool similar to red rock spa. We were charged $860 for services we never received, never got a confirmation, and were treated horribly by management. I am not someone who writes bad reviews or tries to escalate situations. I’m an easygoing, reasonable person who understands mistakes happen. But what happened at the Wynn spa was beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. Beautiful, peaceful, tranquil, inviting relaxation paradise. The very best spa experience I've ever had from the moment I checked in until the moment I left. The lighting, music and above all the cleanliness - all exceptional. Plush seating, snacks along with beverages designed to encourage relaxation. Louisa was EXCELLENT! Hotel check-in area was well designed.
One of my all time favorite spas. I could spend all day here! The massage was lovely, and I appreciate the atmosphere and attention to detail. I feel like royalty when I’m here! They took great care of me for my birthday. I got a nice box of chocolates as a gift. It was my second time there and would love to go a third, maybe to the Wynn next time!
