I expected a luxurious experience, but the Wynn Spa fell short. The space is much smaller than other Vegas hotel spas, and they pack people in. No seats available for everyone; some even sat on benches outside of the showers. My HydraFacial was one of the worst I’ve ever had—the esthetician was overly rough, performed manual extractions (which isn’t standard for a HydraFacial), harshly pushed and dug her fingers into my face, and unnecessarily poked a seemingly “clogged” pore on my cheek, causing bleeding. THE Worst! THEY BURNED MY LEGS at the Wynn Encore spa! Zero customer service. They have done nothing to make this right! The least they could do is reimburse the cost! The only response I’ve gotten is that “the esthetician tests the wax before the service”. Well based on my ER doctor friends who were there to examine in person, these are first degree burns! Stay away, far far away from this overpriced terrible spa! If I could give it zero stars I would!
I had a disappointing experience at this spa. From the start, there was no introduction to the facilities or guidance on what was available, leaving me feeling lost. The massage itself was relaxing, but as someone who has visited spas around the world, I found the overall service lacking. The biggest issue? The thing is, if you are a spa in what is supposed to be one of the best hotels on the strip, and you are charging some of the highest prices- you better deliver plus more. I waited about 25 minutes to just get entry into the spa. The reception agent had to come over and walk me in herself because of the delay. But only because i asked, not because she noticed.
