Sadly this establishment tricked us into spending $368 more than we originally signed up for. Originally we requested two treatments that would cost $480 total. During the appointment the esthetician suggested that we try a slightly different service and said, “it will cost just a little bit more” but was sure to never mention exactly how much more it would cost. This masseuse made my wife feel extremely uncomfortable with here poor attitude at check in, which led to an awkward message. My wife came back to the room crying which is not what should happen when you spend double the price of other places. They discounted the rate a bit but we still paid over $300.00 for a terrible experience. Edit: Spoke with the spa manager and she is super unprofessional and trashy, to put it kindly.
Every year I do something like this to treat myself on vacation. This massage was a little pricier than I normally spend on myself literally ever but I thought it will be so worth it and will be the best massage of my life.
