I booked a massage a couple of days prior and was so impressed from start to finish. The spa itself is beautiful, they have a hot steam room, an outdoor covered hot tub, and locker room amenities any woman could dream of. There’s also a coed relaxation room with super comfy lounge chairs, which was such a nice touch. Cassidy did my massage and she was absolutely incredible. Sadly this establishment tricked us into spending $368 more than we originally signed up for. Originally we requested two treatments that would cost $480 total. During the appointment the esthetician suggested that we try a slightly different service and said, “it will cost just a little bit more” but was sure to never mention exactly how much more it would cost. Access to lots of towels. Also, the service was nice.
This masseuse made my wife feel extremely uncomfortable with here poor attitude at check in, which led to an awkward message. My wife came back to the room crying which is not what should happen when you spend double the price of other places. They discounted the rate a bit but we still paid over $300.00 for a terrible experience. Edit: Spoke with the spa manager and she is super unprofessional and trashy, to put it kindly.
