For starters, I want to mention that all staff I encountered were extremely pleasant and kind/helpful. I booked a massage, facial, and 30-minute tub soak. Overall, the services were decent, but I’ve honestly had significantly better spa services at a much lower price point, so I expected more. The experience started off a bit stressful because parking was extremely limited. When I arrived, there was nowhere to park. Steam room is incredible! Better than the Ritz Carlton. Bella on their team was exceptional too. I’ll definitely be back!
The best spa!! Heather and Jahnyha at the front desk were incredibly kind and accommodating. Redwood bath is a must, massages from Amy and Elyse were 100/10 and I was sent home with a great stretch to do by the massage therapist!
Just amazing , highly recommended
