First Boyne Mountain has the worst possible user experience when trying to make a purchase through their website, just think trying to solve a rubics cube to purchase the experiences you want. With that said the spa. You don't get a spa exclusive pool or hot tub, you get access to the hotels pool and hot tub which you already get when staying at the hotel. My kids all pitched in and set up this for my birthday. The staff was amazing. The massage took the pain out of my neck and shoulder. Thank you kids 8 was very impressed
Thoroughly enjoyed my facial by Shelby. So luxurious and my skin feels great. First class comfort from start to finish.
If you're getting a message - ask for Sue - she is THE BEST! Removed one star because I don't love that Sauna and whirlpool are split by gender.
The staff at The Spa are wonderful; always such a friendly and comfortable experience. Went there with a bridal party and it the process was seamless, even with six people to get through.
