I just had the most amazing experience at The Spa at Boar's Head Resort. I received a Signature Facial from Seama and this treatment exceeded all expectations. She was so kind, and knowledgeable. She explained every step and recommended the best products available while matching my budget. I left with truly glowing skin, and have never seen my skin look this amazing before. I cant wait come back again. Thank you Seama!

My gal pal and I came into Charlottesville for a gals trip. We were looking for an upscale spa experience and it appeared that Boars Head was the most elevated we could get. Pros: very clean. The front desk area, locker room, showers, bathrooms, steam sauna, lounge. All very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were also very friendly and well-informed. This is by far the nicest spa I’ve experienced in the cville area! The women’s lounge, common area, locker room and steam room are all great. There are spa robes and sandals. There is complimentary tea + snacks. My pedicure, however, was mediocre at best. I’ve had way better for way cheaper. My pedicure was $130 ($85 plus gel removal plus gratuity). Only my left leg was massaged and the paint job was messy. I was a little disappointed for the price.
If you are reading this save your money and go elsewhere. This was the worst massage my wife and I have each ever had. Both of us had the same experience with two different modalities. No pressure with inconsistent and aimless technique. Random oily petting followed by long stretches of the same light circular motion as the masseuse seemed to stare of into space and forget that they were in the middle of a massage.
