Had a massage today with Joanne and a facial with Seama. Both were fantastic and just what I needed. Seama even spent extra time on my face to add dermaplaning and guasha which I needed. Definitely recommend!
We LOVED Seama (Sean)! She was so informative and we loved how personal every facial was
The massage was solid but the service was 40 minutes according to the clock in the room and not the 50-minutes I booked. Perhaps the time waiting in the lounge counts? The front desk staff was disengaged and not opening to answer questions about the products. Again, the massage was solid, but there is bad energy with the staff here and I didn’t wish to spend additional time using the pool and facilities .
Grace and Chris were awesome. Mom and I went for a mom and daughter trip. Professional and clean. Overpriced but they can’t help that
