Such a wonderful spa. The amenities are well worth it. Access to a steam room sauna and salt room. Not to mention the cold plunge. And then access to the beach which was completely private and beautiful.
Two weeks ago, I booked a spa day at Evara Beach Spa for my husband’s birthday, hoping to give him a relaxing and luxurious experience. Unfortunately, it was disappointing from start to finish. How does a luxury spa miss on so many things that even mediocre spa's seem to get right? Most of the staff are downright rude and dismissive. Upon entering, we were offered a complimentary prosecco. With only 10 minutes prior to our massages, we told them we'd take it after the massage and they agreed. However, when we asked for it after the massage they said "you can't have 2 - you only get one." To which my wife reminded them we declined earlier. Spent the day here for my birthday. Beautiful place. Love all the amenities they offer. Nancy was phenomenal. She was the sweetest and helped make the experience much more memorable. Looking forward to coming back!
