This place is a huge scam! I thought I was in a train station. Groups of people waiting for massages or finishing a massage, people were loud. I even seen someone using there speaker phone! Sauna packed salt room packed. If I could give this place no stars I would! The massage was horrible I literally told the lady to just stop. Never coming back!
Not the best spa visits I’ve ever had. They give you rubbery slippers- no idea how they disinfect them. The infrared sauna wasn’t warm, and the hammam didn’t work at all. The changing room is tiny and uncomfortable, with no space for privacy. The shower area was stocked with huge bottles of generic shampoo and shower gel that smelled cheap- not individual amenities like you’d expect from a proper spa, with no hooks to hang a towel or clothes - everything gets wet when you take a shower. I made a reservation for four of my friends and myself to go at the same time. The phone calls went great, when we were there. The service was great. The girls in the front desk were great, but I was told they would put a deposit on my card for each person and then my friends would each be charged individually and could pay on their own cards, including the deposit. Not a place to use for the day at the price theu charge. Beach chairs you access form the outside of the property, and please you couldn’t find cheaper beach chairs ? Food was horrible from the place they all push from the moment you walk in.
I visited Evara Spa this past Sunday and was one of the first clients of the day. I had booked for an Ocean Pedicure with Barbara which was lovely. After hearing that her following appointment was cancelled I quickly booked a further manicure with her as well as tagging extra services on with Erica who did a great job with my lip wax, eyebrow wax, and tint.
