Very disappointing experience. This was one of the most unprofessional spa visits I’ve had. The massage therapist walked into the room coughing repeatedly, then left and took a long time to come back. When she returned, she continued coughing throughout the session, which made me extremely uncomfortable. At one point, she even sat on the massage table during the service. I'm updating my previous review – – they no longer have any of the products they used to have. When I get there and they don't have my appointment – – even though they called to confirm the day before and I had all my confirmation information. I start my appointment more than 15 minutes late– and then cut my appointment short on top of that. It was wildly disorganized and for what they charge they should be embarrassed.
My massage therapist was Alexis, and he was absolutely incredible. I’ll book a longer session next time. The facility itself is nice; we enjoyed the dry sauna, steam room, and salt room. We came three hours before our massages, and time flew by. I'll definitely be back!
