I was pleasantly pleased with the service and staff. I would and have recommended this to other people.
Terrible customer service. I bought a couples package as a gift for my parents, it was supposed to include champagne, sauna, robes and slippers. I paid approximately $150 for this serivce. They put the package on a gift card but when my parents went to redeem, they only got massages. None of the extra things I specifically paid for to make their gift special. They refused to refund OR replace any of my money and the girl I talked to was unapologetic and so rude. I would never recommend this spa to any one. I have never been ... read more
