I have been a customer of The Spa and Sauna Co. for many years. When I purchase for my hot tub the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Over the years, I have especially appreciated Bob and his customer service. He answers my questions and really knows his stuff. In fact, I purchased my first hot tub from him at the Sparks store in 2017. Over the years he still remembers my wife and I, as our interactions with him have always been great. Grant is the man! Very knowledgeable, passionate about the product, and most importantly, you can tell that he genuinly cares. Being in sales myself, most people think the sale ends once a credit card is given, but that is truly where the sale begins. Grant treated it as such, and came out to my house to walk me through how to get the tub setup to use. He was responsive throughout the entire process, and will continue to be there when I have a question. He's an invaluable part of the team!!! A+++
