I had a wonderful experience today, and Monica was FABULOUS. Amazing customer service and the services she performed today were everything a stay at home mom needs. Only thing was there was an interruption during my massage for supplies in the room and an Analogue clock was quite loud so it was hard to turn my brain off. Other than that, I would recommend this place again!!
Hand down the best massage I've had. The results were amazing. I've had many, many massages in the past with some relief but this was the most I've ever gotten! Merina was extremely knowledgeable and kept me in the loop through the whole process. Would highly recommend to anyone!
Always very excellent service. Staff are friendly, accommodating of schedule changes, spa is very clean. Excellent value, always quality manicures, pedicures
Liana, a Master Hair Stylist, did an amazing job on my fine and hard to style hair. I haven't had anyone who listened, understood, and paid the same level of attention to detail since I lived in Vancouver a couple decades ago!
