Wonderful group of people!!
Booked a consult appointment. Was postponed until today, due to conflict of scheduling on their part. Drive to appointment and sat waiting for 45 minutes waiting for the Dr. I enquired with receptionist as to the tardiness. She apologized but couldn't provide an excuse/reason. The lack of communication has made it that I don't want to return. Obviously my time or business isn't appreciated. Unacceptable

My results have always looked natural, and the clinic itself is spotless and relaxing. On my last visit, they surprised me with a complimentary massage, which was such a kind touch.
