The service itself was fine, and the staff were friendly and professional. My issue is the pricing. For this area, the prices are roughly double what I would expect to pay for comparable spa services. I’ve had spa treatments all over the world, including at upscale hotels and resorts, and I was genuinely surprised by how expensive this was for what was offered. I got the tailwater signature facial 50 min with McKenna. It was my first ever facial and she was absolutely amazing. The spa is beautiful with a lovely lounge room, Hot-tub, Showers, Sauna, Beverages and snacks. Definitely recommend getting a facial my face left feeling very light and clean as i'm not someone who does a lot to my face besides basic cleanser and moisturizer.
Justin gave me the most amazing massage. He managed to release months of office worker tension from my neck and shoulders in just one session. The spa is incredibly clean and private, and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Will absolutely visit again.
I wanted a deep tissue and I got a light massage. She also went around knots instead of trying to work them out. Receptionist was great. Facilities were beautiful. Just the massage therapist knew what I wanted and had total disregard. For the money I paid im very disappointed
