Today I had my first facial and it was a wonderful experience.
I had really bad back pain and no one in Cambridge would fit me in, except for The Spa! The receptionist, Laurie, convinced the RMT, Iveta, to stay late and fit me in. I couldn't be more grateful. They go above and beyond regular customer service and really have your wellbeing at heart.
Came here for a last lift and lashes look the exact same as what I came in with. Technician had no idea what she was doing and was overall a very uncomfortable experience on my eyes. Don’t waste time coming here for anything lash related. Just to update here the tech got product in my eye which is why it was uncomfortable. Normally you are supposed to tape down bottom lashes so they DO NOT stick to the top. Not sure how this is an unknown practice if you are experienced since you “were 10 years old”. Loved the friendly atmosphere when I came to The Spa recently. My experience was above & beyond other nail Salons I've been to in the past. Not only that but your treated like you matter when coming here. There are so many options to choose from for your bodies needs, so I'm definitely coming back. I also bought a Purse & Jacket while browsing around & I love them.
I would like to update from 2 star to 1 based on the response I received from the owner below. She disregarded a huge portion of my complaint, no phone call either or offer for something complimentary for the terrible service that was overpriced and making me late to another appointment that I lost money on. This miscommunication was entirely on their end, more responsibility should have been taken here.
