Living at Sovana at Stuart is wonderful. The Activities abound thanks to Paula! She is full of energy and makes sure every event is truly special for the residents and always there to help. Our leasing agent Stephanie is incredible from tours to moving in and every day thereafter. Stephanie makes sure every person here has a very smooth move in. Great place to live! Friendly residence and staff. Lots of fun things to do, centrally located to shopping.
There’s a very homey feel. I can’t wait to come home from work and either hang by the pool or just sit on our screened in deck. We came from upstate New York so we definitely enjoy this weather. We made good friends here. Also the staff here are awesome! We all love Stephanie, Paula and Rich. It was Stephanie that made us feel so welcome and she’s the reason we chose the Sovana!
I am looking for a community for my parents and the Sovana at Stuart was highly recommended as a great 55+ active community. I am not in Florida currently, but I did speak to the Property Manager, Haley Carrigan and she was so helpful and cordial. She sent me the information I needed and I will definitely stop in for a tour next time I am in Florida.
