I came here after my daughter, commercial property manager, looked at several apartment communities. She chose the Sovana at Stuart based on construction and safety. I am in my second year here. The life I have is fantastic. The administration is responsive to residents needs. I ride bicycle, paint pictures, cook, read, craft, do aquatic and chair yoga. Join us if you want quality of life.
I have lived at The Sovana for almost a year now. Everything here has exceeded my best expectations. The management staff and leasing specialist. Stephanie helped make me feel at home from day one. I am particularly impressed with the maintenance staff – Anthony and his cohorts. The slightest little problem Is always managed quickly and correctly on the first try. And kindness seems to be endemic and all the people that work and live here. The Sovana Is a great place to call home
I absolutely love it here! It's very clean and welcoming. The employees are wonderful and always very helpful. I looked at a lot of apartment complexes before I chose to live here and none of them can even compare to The Sovana at Stuart! I highly recommend it!
Starting my second year living here, I highly recommend The Sovana to any Senior. My daughter, a commercial property manager, found The Sovana for me. The administration and staff are friendly, courteous and competent. An outstanding service is bus transportation to stores, medical appointments and special events. I came here without a car.
