We met these folks by mistake, a flat tire.. but what a pleasant and courteous encounter. Russel, Bob and Marie went way beyond helpful and showed how people should treat each other. Please pay them a visit.. you won't be disapponted... Thanks...
I had the wrong address and phone number for my person, and Southwick Florist reached out to tell me, and then waited for me to find someone to give me the correct address. I don't even know if the new address is in their normal delivery area, it was much farther away then the original wrong address. Spectacular extra service. Thank you!
