There is NO way the five Star reviews here are legit. We are Titanium Elite with Marriott and have stayed at ALL levels of Marriott hotels. This is the FIRST time we have ever had to leave a hotel to go somewhere else. The room smelled like a wet locker room, the bed sheets were so pilled that it felt like lying on a sheet with sand. The floor tile in the shower was so slippery that the hotel provided a plastic, suction cup floor mat (gross!) to stand on while showering. They don’t post it with their third-party companies, but they are completely torn up. It is a battle zone of construction. The employees are absolutely the rudest people I’ve ever met in the industry. They’re arrogant they’re unhelpful you have to be checked in at the back door then you have to walk your luggage up to the very front of the lobby and then go upstairs so it’s it’s way out of the way they never have help here and when they do they are rude and complain. Great hotel and location! Spacious rooms and beautiful decorations. Complementary coffee and wine upon arrival.
Really enjoyed this hotel when I stayed there last year. My flight was cancelled and it was a last minute booking, and they were very accommodating.
