I love both Christine and Mathew but apparently Cleaver has grown too large to manage their patients and pathology. Had a positive squamous cell culture over 2 weeks ago and never got a call or follow up for next steps. I tried to call them and was on hold for 15 minutes. Then got hung up on. Terrible office staffing issues. All calls go to one place and then rerouted. I just doesn’t work and the patient suffers the inconvenience of poor service. I love Dr.Cleaver and and all of his staff! They are super friendly and professional. We have been coming here for years, and now my whole family comes here.

Amazing job
I went into this store to let a girl do a demo on me. I told her I was only letting her do a demo that I already owned 3 straighteners. I left the store without the infrared straightener but kept thinking about it. Three weeks later I’m back purchasing a straightener. The staff is so welcoming and nice.
