Ordered something on their website a month ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I also had no idea they were closed. So I’m not sure if it has anything to do with that. I filed a dispute with my credit card company so hopefully it will get resolved.
Love the merchandise and the staff is super friendly and helpful.
Bought 3 stuffed animals for Christmas. Two were nice and soft and puffy but one had been on a diet. Later a 2 year old who had been playing with it gave it back to his mom and didn’t want it. We then found a nickel sized hole in one of the legs and the chia seed, or whatever seeds it is, leaked out all over the living room. If you get a skinny stuffed animal don’t give it to a 2 year old.
