My ground source heating pump had been broken for around four months (sic). The manufacturer had been multiple times without fixing the problem. They asked Southern Heat to fit a component -this didn't fix the problem. However, Southern Heat then diagnosed what was wrong and fixed the heat pump in a day. Really fantastic service
