Let me preface this with the fact that I have been seeing Dr. Andre since I was about 5 years old and absolutely adore him. The office staff however is a different story. One lady is super nice and the other is just down right terrible. This is the second time I’ve called with a general question about the office and what sounded like an older lady answered the phone both times. She’s very rude but does it in a polite manner if that makes sense. I’m not going to even bother with them anymore.
