Staff and PCPs are wonderful. I haven't seen a PCP since I moved here and finally with insurence I'd wanted to use SBC NC I don't need transport so it's the perfect clinic within walking distance. My first appointment was today after 14 years. I was nervous and Very concerned but Dr Seluzhitskiy is a genuinely caring amazing PCP, he listens and talked though my biggest issues currently and what he felt was most important to check first. I’ve had a great experience with Jennifer L. Snyder, NP. She takes the time to really listen and explains things in a way that makes sense. I always feel like I’m in good hands — she’s made sure I get the care and referrals I need without any confusion. The front desk staff at the New Carlisle office are also kind, efficient, and helpful every time I call or come in.
