I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. Especially for it being a walk-in clinic where wait times are to be expected. But I’ve had good experiences twice now going first thing in the morning and didn’t have any wait time. The staff are also so great and patient. You can tell they genuinely care. Will be back
I went to South Bend Clinic on September 23, 2025 with chills, persistent headache, and body aches. Despite these clear flu-like symptoms, no flu or COVID swab was done. The provider prescribed me a muscle relaxer and dismissed my concerns, I even had to remind the DR I had a high temp which was responded by, “I don’t think it should be a problem, you look good, I’m not worried”. Schedule a CT at this office & was instructed to stop by ahead of time and pick up contrast drink for my prep. Drove 40 minutes to pick up the solution and was informed at the office that I didn’t need it afterall. They were giving the prep thru a needle.
Horrible facility. I drove an hour and a half to pick up sleep supply equipment. I was 15 minutes late. Their road construction and trains, I get it, I’m not from here and should’ve given myself a little more time. The tattooed guy sitting at the desk did not care at all and just told me that sucks. No compassion at this place, cool; I’ll find another primary as well for me and my family. Not to mention I’ve been on hold trying to call for an hour now.
