Horrible facility. I drove an hour and a half to pick up sleep supply equipment. I was 15 minutes late. Their road construction and trains, I get it, I’m not from here and should’ve given myself a little more time. The tattooed guy sitting at the desk did not care at all and just told me that sucks. Terrible customer service
I came in there with concerns about my two year due to him having blood in his snot after dealing with allergies all week concerns of potential sinus infection. I was straight up told that it is not possible for him to have a sinus infection due to him being two and not having sinuses developed. This did not sit well with me. I felt I was being rushed out.
