I had the pleasure of receiving a facial from Shelly a new esthetician at The South Bend Clinic Plaza. She comes with lot of experience and that definitely shows. The massage techniques she employed were heavenly, melting away tension in my face, neck, and shoulders. Perfect for the end of the day. She used high-quality products and I appreciated her expertise in applying each treatment with care.
I recently saw April for cosmetic treatments and I have never felt more confident and comfortable with a provider. Not only was she polite, humble, and reassuring, she was also extremely intelligent and walked me through the procedure every step of the way. At other practices I've felt rushed to make a decision as well as pressured into treatments I didn't necessarily need. I feel it’s important to share my experience to warn others. While I genuinely like Dr. R and the rest of the wonderful staff, I unfortunately had to stop coming to this practice entirely because of my experiences with one specific practitioner: April. April's behavior in the treatment room was consistently unprofessional. She comes across as highly judgmental (especially regarding personal belongings and luxury items) and goes out of her way to declare herself a "near-perfect" person who has never made a mistake. Every appointment with April has left me feeling distressed and upset. April's lack of professionalism and attitude are abhorrent and I cannot believe this place is part of the South Bend Clinic.
The facial, dermaplaning, and eyebrow wax that Shanda performed was impeccable! She took such care and kindness with my skin. I 10/10 recommend her! The check in/out process was smooth and seamless. Kimberlee does a great job. April Rozycki, NP is fabulous as well. She has done my Botox and I would recommend her to everyone! It didn't even hurt and I've gotten great, sustained results without complications.
