The Source is more than just a gym for me, it’s a vital tool in helping me stay alive. After surving cancer in 2022 I knew I had to change my lifestyle and lower my BMI to lower my high chance of cancer returning. Unfortunately most gyms are a breading ground for Germs and a immunosuppressed person shouldn’t be there but James keeps this place IMMACULATE and safe for all of the Source Family. When you walk there is no judgement just encouragement and kindness.
I can’t say enough great things about The Source 28! This gym is always spotless, which is something that’s important to me. It has a welcoming, family-friendly environment and the gym manager is incredibly professional, responsive, and truly cares about the members’ experience. Whether it’s answering questions, addressing concerns, or just offering a friendly smile, they go above and beyond. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming place to achieve their fitness goals!
Pretty decent gym but the sign in the women’s bathroom is incredibly cringe
