NO STARS!!!!!the site makes me click one. Don't believe the "We guarantee customer satisfaction." this company is so insensitive! My mother sold her family silver to the Source. Mom purchased jewelry, and the Source gave her a store card for the remaining balance.(less than $100). Mom has since passed away and they will not give a refund. My father can't drive, and his jewelry buying days are done. They refuse to help or even negotiate. Don't shop here!
