I’ve been a regular here since I turned 21 last year and Vic and Dutch have always treated me like a friend. It’s always good energy and smiles with them two whenever I walk in. They’re always helpful and they definitely keep me coming back! Fr lol.
The staff here was friendly and helpful, but the environment was extremely overwhelming. The music was blasting, and everyone was yelling to be heard, which made the experience really stressful. I understand creating a fun atmosphere, but it would be great if there were more consideration for customers with sensory sensitivities. A slightly quieter environment or a more structured check-in process could make the space more accessible for everyone.
Over the last 7+ years have witness a significant drop in customer service. Final straw, after checkin, the service rep called my order in and told me get on line. After longer than usual wait (1 cashier), the cashier informed me they did not have what was ordered. Requested manager to only hear that the person who took my order would not know what they had…. Previously the person taking my order using a tablet knew what the had, and demonstrated respect of my time, it only their profit. Gone forever!
