Recommendeda1 service...ive used them ever since 2006, and never had any problems with them nor there merchandise. So all the rumors that's been found around about they use pennies and melt down door knobs to mix in with grillz is not true. If it is true then whomever said that is the person that brought the door knobs or pennies up there for them too melt down to make the grills lol
