Great shop..found best quality nuts, dates and MANGO was amazing. Staff recommended very good products and gave us for tasting as well . Will visit again
I normally shop at the Source in Kedron, where the staff are unfailingly lovely and helpful. This week was my first experience at the Toowong store. Well, what a contrast! The person on duty was cold and unfriendly. No greeting, no offer of help if I needed it. I felt so unwelcome I cut short my visit and bought just a couple of items; about a tenth of the amount I usually get at Kedron. I’m most certainly not going to visit the Toowong shop again. Had a great experience thanks to a helpful staff member who guided me through the store and recommended some free tastings—ended up buying a few! I also found ceremonial cacao, which I hadn’t been able to find anywhere else. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I’d definitely suggest chatting with them if you're unsure what to get.
