First time customer in your shop today, friday 24.10.25, 12pm....and we wernt sure as we have never been in a bulk foods shop before! Your staff were un friendly, no one told us about codes on paper bags and not to use the plastic containers other than for what they are used for! My husband and I picked a couple of things, and went to the counter, it was only then that the lady comes out of the back room and the other, stops what she's doing to put our stuff through, all the while telling us rudely, (and in front of others) ... read more
Rudest lady/owner manager, staff never stay long as no one can get along with this lady, why does she think she can speak to people the way she does. She has a rude and abrupt comment to all her customers, please STOP being so rude, and aggressive, you wouldn’t have a job if we didn’t shop in your store, please remember this.
Had amazing service by Hilary today she helped me find what I needed and assisted me with packing as I had a baby. Very grateful for her kindness.
