Bryce was great to talk to! Rega is a good company.
I ordered a new Chord product that arrived defective and instead of replacing it, they attempted to fix it, had the product for weeks, and then when I finally questioned why I didn't just receive a replacement for a brand new defective item I was blamed for the confusion. Once I forwarded them the email where I told their product support manager it was a new device I was ignored and all blame was put off on myself and the retailer.
