The Soulutionists took over insurance management for us early June. Straight away Anita recommended the obtain a comparable quote as she felt the premium was too high. We were happy for her to explore the options. After a few weeks’ wait she has managed to reduce our insurance premium by over 70%. Instead of almost £10k per annum we are now paying just under £3k per annum. What an achievement! Thanks so much Anita for always looking to get better deals for your clients!

Awful customer service and they complain about actually doing their job - do not use! Unfortunately our developer instructed the Soulutionists for our block of flats in Purley and we have now been using them for close to 2 years (we wanted to terminate last year but the contract auto renewed without or consent or being informed and we were then told we can’t cancel until next renew).
