I see why their ratings are so low. My husband and I went to purchase a new shower head after ours malfunctioned...meaning we were prepared to spend some money that day. We walked in and there was a white saleswoman assisting another white couple so we just started looked around. We thought it was odd that there was no hello, welcome, look around we'll be with you shortly, etc. No one ever said a single word to us. I just experienced the worst customer service ever. Walk in two women behind desk and no one greeted us. We asked for a price on a shower unit, we were waiting for the price after a while I said are you getting that price for me? She replied that I needed to make an appointment which is ridiculous. I can’t believe she couldn’t give us an estimated price. I will never ever return back there. So frustrating!! I am spreading the word on this awful store. Very rude employees.
Appointment only for the showroom and their parts department is closed as well. Their hours are updated on the site but their sign still shows they are open Saturday. Customer service has always been lackluster.
