I highly recommend The Salution Factory Team! After my home suffered significant water damage, they completely replaced my flooring, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and incredibly skilled. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship were outstanding. Very disappointing experience. The contractor overcharged and took nearly 2 months to start work on a job he said would take one week. He did not complete everything he promised and communication was very poor. He failed to clearly disclose that he required 30% and once he received the money, he became unresponsive. He also provided misleading information to the insurance company. I would never use this company again and do not recommend them.
He had done a wonderful job on my homeland if you consider to help with any he the men to go .
I had a fence installed trim painted and rotten wood replaced. Seamless experience and quality craftsmanship. Will work with SolutionFactory again for future home improvement projects.
We had Shelter as our insurance and The Solution Factory handled everything from start to finish. The roof installation only took 1/2 a day and it was clean once completed This was our first time filing a claim for our property, but the Solution Factory made it an extremely smooth process. I would 100% recommend to others 10/10
