We had Shelter as our insurance and The Solution Factory handled everything from start to finish. The roof installation only took 1/2 a day and it was clean once completed This was our first time filing a claim for our property, but the Solution Factory made it an extremely smooth process. I would 100% recommend to others 10/10
Claim filed with State Farm at time of service. All repairs and replacements were done according to insurance specs. Everything completed in a timely manner.
State Farm claim for wind and hail damage. The roof was repaired beyond my belief. Contractor use state of the art materials. Company install ridge vents and they look fabulous. Also, the shingles are first class. Solution factory install my roof in a day. Cleanup afterwards was superb. I would recommend them to anybody that I know you can’t go wrong. My interaction with them was very pleasant and professional. I am very happy with there service and roof. Give them a call you won’t be disappointed. 5 star company !
