Maintenance team is great. They address concerns very quickly.
I lived here for a little over 3 years and it was great! Great staff, GiGi and the maintenance guy, Chris were amazing every encounter. I only left because I moved out of state. If you’re sensitive to over head noise, get the top floor… other than that no noise from surrounding units. I will miss the clean, comforting community and sweet views.
They come fix my issue so quick and it’s so easy to request a service through the app. Chris is so helpful and goes above and beyond when I have questions or requests. I also love that they can come while I’m not here considering I have a busy schedule. Leads me to have no worries when I get home.
The location is great. The neighborhood is quiet, you can hop on the interstate quickly, and I love walking to the farmer's market on Saturday mornings. The team is responsive and genuinely cares (probably why they're winning awards!), and I never saw a pest or had a hard time getting anything fixed in the two years I lived there.
