I submitted a service request on Sunday night for my dryer. Maintenance stopped by Monday, and had my dryer fixed by Tuesday. Thanks!!
Came within the day, followed provided instructions before entry, and fixed the issue within minutes.
Maintenance team is great. They address concerns very quickly.
I lived here for a little over 3 years and it was great! Great staff, GiGi and the maintenance guy, Chris were amazing every encounter. I only left because I moved out of state. If you’re sensitive to over head noise, get the top floor… other than that no noise from surrounding units. I will miss the clean, comforting community and sweet views.
They come fix my issue so quick and it’s so easy to request a service through the app. Chris is so helpful and goes above and beyond when I have questions or requests. I also love that they can come while I’m not here considering I have a busy schedule. Leads me to have no worries when I get home.
