I am honestly in love with this place. Nothing like it anywhere else. Top Notch and classy. I’m shocked to see any negative reviews. The only negative I have experienced would be the rudeness of clients getting services done talking loudly or talking on their phones which I find to be inconsiderate of others. This has only happened once and I come regularly. The staff is amazing, pleasant and extremely accommodating. I understand it is hard to find good employee’s or people who actually want to go to work post covid times bu... read more

Sole Sanctuary is hands down the best place for a mani and pedi. From the moment you walk in, it feels like stepping into a serene spa—truly the most beautiful nail salon I’ve ever been to. Their services are top-notch, with a staff that is both knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. One of my favorite touches is the seasonally curated oils—thoughtfully chosen and absolutely divine. Yes, the experience may take a little longer than at a standard nail salon, but that’s only because you’re being thoroughly pampered. From sippi... read more

Unprofessional and Rude they canceled my appointment the day before, that I made a week before just because I couldn’t take a call while I was at work. I had clearly confirmed that I was coming the day before and would pay cash. They say they accept walk in’s on google but demand a pedigree if you try to make an appointment. I don’t know what they got going on and I wish them well but their behavior was so extreme that’s why I’m leaving this review. I’m glad I didn’t waist my money here. Will take my business to a more peace... read more

Went and got a pedicure here because my cousin booked us one for a girls day. Terrible experience. My lady cut me twice, was so shaky the whole time, didn’t care to talk to me or get to know me. Only talked about how hungry she was and couldn’t wait for lunch. My polish already chipped. Not to mention the outrageous $85 pedicure. Definitely not worth it.

I was jipped 20 min of massage. It was only about 5 minutes. The two others in my party started 20 min before me. I waited because tech wasn't ready and was done the same time as them. Not a great massage for me. Great for the others in my party. Tech didn't ask my preference, was zoning out during, kept doing the same area and movements, unlike the other techs. Even the person sitting next to me who started at the same time was still on the massage when I was done. I paid for an upgraded package. I won't be back. I don't kn... read more
