Call them. I had an inverter go out and my original contractor was out of business. I had a neighbor recommend Nicholas and I am so grateful for the connection. He is extremely easy to work with and can help with any challenging solar issues. I am working with them on a 2nd project and they are just a pleasure to work with. Very satisfied and repeat customer.
I initially dealt with energy aid but they refused to give me a quote or ballpark estimate to replace two solar panels on the phone which I cannot understand at all. They're representative said he cannot give me a quote or an estimate for a specific type of job because I could sue them which is ridiculous. Their quote for repairing my existing solar system was fairly priced and Jasmine in the main office was incredibly helpful.
