Unfortunately, I can't even give the owner of this company one star. He appears to be somewhere between a con artist and a thief who preys on the elderly. He should have his business license revoked and made to clear his debts. He was hired by my elderly father to replace two solar panels on his roof. My father paid $597.70 to have the old ones removed on 3-16-17. He was then told that he needed to give a down payment of $922.00, which he did on 3-28-17. Mr. F. My wife gave the owner a large (9,025) payment for solar equipment. He pulled a permit but let it lapse - never paid for it. Kept giving her the run-around about new rebates coming, even better prices, etc. after a YEAR (!), she asked me to intervene. When I called him, he claimed that, well, he ordered the equipment last year. Uh, and you didn’t think it would be a good idea to call your customer and install?!
