Lovely shop and staff. The salesman Alberto was very friendly and helpful. I ended up buying a sofa set and coffee table. So was very pleased with my visit to the store I love what they sell my kind of stuff 🧡
Very disappointing customer service. I walked in around 4pm after seeing a large pot I liked in the window. The advertised closing time was 5:30pm. When I said I was looking for a large pot and wanted to browse, I was told the shop was closed and that I needed to leave. So being turned away 1.5 hours before the advertised closing time was extremely rude and unwelcoming. He was literally walking me out telling me to leave. Very poor way to treat a potential customer.
Dean helped me design my living room by helping me choose the classiest leather sofa. This shop has the best quality and prices I've ever seen. Thank you, highly recommend
