I paid close to $7,ooo to have SOD LOT come in and remove all my old sod put in by Horton Homes which was bahia grass and weeds. Nate Budd told me they would put in St Austintian Pro Vista and it would take care of my 3991 front footage and I would have no more problems. WELL crab grass started coming up and when contacted Ned he told me it was bahia grass and go to Tractor Suppy and get a weed killer to take care of it. If you are considering ordering sod installation service from San Jose Blvd location, be aware Nate Budd will give you a generic quote; it is NOT itemized. The quote I got was almost $800 more than the next of 4 quotes. But the Icon zoysia I had installed 7 years ago was beautiful and healthy. I used a local landscaper to install it.
