Sincerely did not realize there was a dress code. There is a way to handle telling someone that they could not enter due to their clothing choice for the night and being crass and rude. May need to retrain your hostess to be more empathetic.

I had been referred to this place to try an espresso martini that I was SO EXCITED about. Since this was my first visit, I had no idea that reservations we're needed and a dress code was required. However, I was quickly turned away upon entering and was told that I was "not dressed up and wearing heels." I was very disappointed in the way the hostess communicated this and will probably never try this place out. If you're looking for a classy place, look elsewhere.

I made a reservation for dinner for a party of 4. They didn’t inform us that we didn’t have a table until we arrived. We were entertaining clients for dinner so we had to scramble at 7 on a Friday night to find another restaurant. The young lady at the hostess stand was not helpful at all, and the manager was not available to help us. If you think you have a reservation, you need to check and make sure it’s an actual reservation for dinner to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
